By downloading, installing, or using the City Discoverer mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Expedition America Travel Co. LLC, DBA City Discoverer ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
City Discoverer is an AI-powered travel itinerary generator that creates personalized travel plans based on user input. The App provides suggested itineraries including venue recommendations, timing, logistics, and travel tips. The service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App may be used without creating an account. Free users receive a limited number of itinerary generations per month. Premium features are accessible through Explorer Pass subscriptions. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to premium features for accounts that violate these Terms.
Explorer Pass subscriptions are available in Monthly ($9.99/month) and Yearly ($99.99/year) tiers. All subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's settings. Refund policies follow the standard refund processes of Apple and Google Play.
All itineraries and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. We do not guarantee that: - Venues, restaurants, or attractions mentioned are currently open or operational - Prices, hours of operation, or ratings are current or accurate - Travel times or logistics are precise - Booking information is up to date Users are strongly advised to independently verify all information before making travel arrangements, bookings, or reservations. City Discoverer is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expedition America Travel Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the preceding 12 months.
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with City Discoverer are owned by Expedition America Travel Co. LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent. Itineraries generated for your personal use are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may share itineraries with travel companions but may not sell or commercially distribute generated content.
You agree not to: - Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks - Share or transfer subscription access - Use automated scripts or bots to access the App - Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the App - Use the App to generate content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account and data at any time through the App's Settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mineral County, West Virginia.
